Ordering Pots in A Box Pottery Painting Activity Package

How quickly can you get a Pots in Box Package Delivered?
Provided we have stock of all the items you request we will despatch your order (or have it ready for collection) within 2 working days. However if there is something very specific you want for your party we recommend you allow 7 working days.

Last Ordering Dates for Special Occasions?

We recommend that your order your goods at least 10 working days before you need them. Our standard despatch times are:

  • Painting kits - 2 working days from receipt of order
  • Glazing & Firing - 5 working days from receipt of painted pots
  • Handpainted Gifts - 5 working days from receipt of order

Caring for your Pottery

Can you put Pots of Fun items in a microwave?
No. This type of pottery becomes extremely hot in a microwave and have been known to explode.

Can you put Pots of Fun items in a dishwasher?
Yes, however we recommend that the greetings plates are hand washed.

Can we used the items?
Yes all our items are completely food safe once glazed and fired, (or in the case of greetings plates baked in the oven) the paint will not flake or chip off.

Other items can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

How far in advance do you accept orders?
We can accept orders at any time for any period in advance, however we would recommend that you book some time between two weeks and one month in advance.

How do I place an order?
For any of the Handpainted Gifts or the Hands and Feet painting kits follow the step by step online process. and colour preferences. Finally enter the personal message details. Then go to the checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All hand and footprint kits are despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. Glazing and firing of the painted pots is completed within 5 working days of us receiving the pots at our premises.

What do I do when my pottery items arrive?
Open immediately and inspect for any damage.

What do I do if the pottery is broken when it arrives?
The ceramics are packed carefully for protection, however occasionally they are broken in transit. Contact us immediately. Please retain the broken pot and packaging as we may need to produce these in case of a claim. We will send out a replacement or a refund. Replacements will be fast tracked however if it is not feasible to get a replacement before your event we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right to withold a refund if the items are not available for return.

What are my payment options?
We accept cheque or credit card payments. The credit card payments online are processed via Paypal, however you do not need to be a Paypal member to make payments via our website. You can also make debit and credit card payments over the telephone.  Please note goods are not despatched until payment is made in full

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the UK?
We can ship to EIRE and Europe. Please contact us for shipping prices, insurance costs and timescales for deliveries outside the UK.

At the moment we are not taking orders for any other countries. If you contact us we may be able to provide details of a company offering similar services in your country.
