Pots of Fun Delivery Information

The delivery costs and times quoted on our web site are for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. We welcome orders from customers outside of the UK mainland but please contact us for information on delivery times and costs before placing your order.

The shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods sent. The check out automatically calculates the total weight of your goods and the delivery costs. Before placing the order you can check the delivery cost by clicking on the shipping cost button.

Delivery times vary according to the type of goods order. We aim to despatch all pottery painting kits within 2 working days of order. All personalised pottery gifts are hand painted and fired to order and we aim to despatch these within 4 days.

If your order is urgent, please contact us first and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Pots in a Box Group Pottery painting kits

The price for delivery starts at £9.95 for any of our small (10 items) pottery painting kits. This price includes the following:

Delivery by courier of the paints, equipment and pottery
Collection by courier of painted pottery, paints and equipment to return to us for glazing and firing.
Return of glazed and fired pottery to yourself.

We aim to despatch all pottery painting kits within 2 working days. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and a signature will be required. We can specify a day for delivery but not a time. Please make a note of any preferred delivery day in the comments section at check out. If we foresee any problems we will call you to discuss alternative delivery dates or addresses.

Please allow 5-7 working days from the time you return your pottery for the return of your finished items.

To guarantee the availability of your items we recommend you order your party pottery painting kit between 2 weeks and a month in advance.

Baby Pottery, Hand and Footprint Painting Kits

This cost is based on the weight of the items and starts at £4.25. The price includes the following:

Delivery by First Class Post of pottery, paint and instructions
A FREEPOST reply paid label to return the pottery for glazing and firing
Return of the glazed and fired pottery.

We aim to despatch all pottery painting kits within 2 working days. Please allow 7-10 working days from the time you return the pottery kit to ourselves and the delivery of your final items.

Personalised Handpainted Finished Ware Pottery Gifts.These items are delivered via 1st Class post and/or Courier. The cost is based on the weight of the items and starts at £4.25. All items are hand painted to order and aim to despatch them within 5 working days. If for any reason, we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.Pots of Fun will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.Canceling or

Changing an Order

If you need to cancel or change an order you have placed with Pots of Fun, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders for personalised goods cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded in full if the personalisation has been started (typically within 24 hours of order).

Orders for non-personalised goods can be cancelled if the goods have not been depatched. Where goods have been despatched see our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your goods, directly by telephone or e-mail to discuss your dissatisfaction with the goods. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any product that does not meet your requirements.or a refund you will need to return the goods to us in their original condition at your expense.When returning goods please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the goods back and in their original condition and packaging. Pots of Fun Limited cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. If in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange a full refund including postage costs or exchange.
