Terms and Conditions DEFINITIONS Pots of Fun Limited of Beechwood, Main Street, Shawell, Leics, LE17 6AG, United Kingdom "Customer" or "You" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products. "Products" means the products offered for sale by Pots of Fun via the website. "The Website" means "potsoffun.co.uk" ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER Acceptance of order through the website is notification that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase. GENERAL These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products by Pots of Fun to the customer. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However due to individual nature of handpainting and the variation of the colours displayed on your monitor we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor and browser. Most products have been described with sizes and lengths given as accurately as possible. PRICE All prices are quoted in Ł sterling All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. You will be told the total price of the transaction bfore you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Pots of Fun reserves the right to not supply that item as said price. The normal price will be offered instead. PAYMENTS Payments must be made in Ł sterling only. You can use VISA, Mastercard or Paypal. When you have completed your selection you are automatically transferred to the Paypal secure server. After placing an order the Customer will received an email confirmation for the purchase. DELIVERY Pots of Fun will confirm despatch of goods via email. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative. We aim to despatch non-personalised items to your specified delivery address within 3 working days. For personalised items we aim to despatch these within 10 working days, but 15 working days should be allowed. If we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Once the items have been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer the resposibility of Pots of Fun. Refunds will not be given if your gift is not passed to the main recipient. Pots of Fun will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party. ACCEPTANCE The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customers's statutory rights). GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Please check your goods on delivery. If the items do arrived damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us via Recorded Delivery in their original packaging. We will reimburse these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. We offer a money back guarantee on non-personalised items. Simply notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. Return the item to us at your own expense, (unless the item is damaged or faulty) via Recorded Delivery. We will then offer a refund, provided the goods are unused and in merchantable condition. Please note when issuing a refund postage costs on the original order are not refunded unless the goods are damaged or faulty. Pots of Fun cannot responsible for any misuse by the customer or any third party. COMPLAINTS We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our service. We will deal with complaints effectively. We will be fair and handle you complaint confidentially. You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days and we will provide a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you notified of progress.
