What are the shipping costs?
Small Orders (less than 10 items)
We use Royal Mail First Class Postage to send smaller orders. The postage price for the
small orders is based on the weight of the items and covers all journeys. A reply paid label is provided for
you to return the pots for glazing and firing.
Larger orders, Pots in A Box or 10 or more items
For larger orders we use DHL Couriers who guarantee delivery within 3 working days
When your painted pots are ready for collection call us and we will arrange pick up, again
all journeys of the pots are covered by the postage charged.

If you are local you are welcome to collect your pottery kits. If you choose this option
when you place your order we will contact you via phone or email to arrange an appointment
for collection.
What do I do when my pottery items arrive?
Open immediately and inspect for any damage.
What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives?
The ceramics are packed carefully for protection, however occasionally they are broken
in transit. Contact us immediately. Please retain the broken pot and packaging as we may need
to produce these in case of a claim. We will send out a replacement or a refund.
Replacements will be fast tracked however if it is not feasible to get
a replacement before your event we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right
to withold a refund if the items are not available for return.
What are my payment options?
We accept cheque or credit card payments. The credit card payments are processed via Paypal, however you
do not need to be a Paypal member to make payments via our website. Please note goods
are not despatched until payment is made in full
Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the UK?
We can ship to EIRE and Europe. Please contact us for shipping prices, insurance costs and timescales for deliveries outside the UK.
At the moment we are not taking orders for any other countries. If you contact us we may be able to
provide details of a company offering similar services in your country.
